Cancellation Policy

We appreciate that sometimes emergencies happen. Please kindly provide 24 hours' notice should you no longer be available for your appointment. First-time late cancellations will be prompted to reschedule your call with us at a later date if you wish. In the event that no-show or late cancellation occurs, you will be directed to a booking page where you can purchase a one-hour session in advance to help hold you accountable for reaching your goals. This helps us ensure that clients on the waiting list can make an appointment and allows us to continue offering the highest levels of service. Thank you for your understanding!
