  1. Why are you passionate about? Write down ways that you can every day fill yourself up with positivity that comes from doing that activity.
  2. What is it that you love about yourself?
  3. What is it that you are grateful for? Remember it’s important to be grateful for what you have now, and not just focus on what you don’t have.
  4. Write down “I will stop getting in my own way”. Stop letting your own thoughts hold you back. Your thoughts don’t control you- you control your thoughts! Remember you get to choose what it is you’re going to hold in your head. Nobody, no external thing, no circumstance can control those thoughts. Only you. That’s incredibly powerful. Never fail to utilize that incredible power you have.
  5. Write down “I will try everything once”
  6. Write down what you want to achieve.
  7. Review this list every day to clear yourself of negativity, fill yourself up with positivity, and then GO TO WORK!!! Remember Beyoncé is at the top and is still working incredibly hard. JJ has achieved everything that she’s achieved and is still WORKING HARD. I am still WORKING HARD.
  8. Take a risk you guys. Discover the BEST in yourself. You never know what you’re capable of until you do!
