We appreciate that sometimes emergencies happen. Please kindly provide 24 hours' notice should you no longer be available for your appointment. First-time late cancellations will be prompted to reschedule your call with us at a later date if you wish. In the event that no-show or late cancellation occurs, you will be directed to a booking page where you can purchase a one-hour session in advance to help hold you accountable for reaching your goals.
